I am excited to help your child discover their learning potential! I am married with three children of my own. My husband and I have noticed that homework and studying can be a burden on the whole family if it is not carefully monitored. Children these days have a lot of academic responsibility and it is often difficult to keep up, especially without a little bit of outside help. In the past, we had our challenges with schoolwork and grades. However, once we found the right tutor and routine everything started to change for the better. As a result of that success, I decided to get back into tutoring myself. I have tutored for many years. I have an undergraduate degree in Accounting with a concentration in Chemistry, Math and Physics. I also have a graduate degree from New York University's Stern school of business (MBA). I can assist with homework, test preparation and academic self-esteem building. I can create lesson plans for additional areas of interest or need. I am very familiar with the Cherry Hill public school system tools (homework planners for the younger kids and eBoards through high school). I have worked with children with ADD/ADHD and IEP's and have been successful tutoring children with these and other special needs.
